Cancellation Policy

We understand that life circumstances can change, and we want to be as supportive as possible while also honouring the commitment required to hold this space.

• Cancellations before the course begins,  If you cancel more than 21 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administration fee.

• Cancellations within 21 days of the course start date, No refund is available, but you may transfer your place to another person if arranged with us prior to the first session.

• Once the course/retreat has started, No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions or withdrawals after the course begins.

• Exceptional circumstances
   If you experience a serious illness or personal emergency, please contact us. At our discretion, we may offer a partial credit towards a future Soul & Feather program.
  

By enrolling, you agree to these terms and understand that your place is secured only once payment has been received.
