About Soul & Feather
A space for conscious living, inner reflection, and personal transformation.
Living Consciously - Through the Awareness of Death
This ancient practice awakens us to the present moment, helping us release the beliefs and behaviours that pull us away from love and our deepest values. When we live this way, every day becomes a gift. We meet life with conscious choices—whether it’s setting a loving boundary, letting go of an old story, or simply breathing into kindness for ourselves
Facing Fear, Finding Freedom - The fear of death is often called humanity’s greatest fear. Yet those who have faced it often discover freedom—the freedom to stop sweating the small stuff, to let go of control, and to live from the heart. When we turn toward the unknown instead of running from it, fear loosens its grip. What remains is presence, courage, and love.
Why the name, Soul and the Feather? - In ancient Egypt, the heart of the deceased was weighed against the feather of Ma’at—the goddess of truth and justice. A heart free of heaviness could enter eternal life. This teaching is timeless. It invites us to lighten our own hearts by releasing guilt, pain, and fear, and by living with truth, kindness, and love.
The Shadow Journey
Every human being carries a shadow - the hidden parts of ourselves we deny or fear. When ignored, the shadow rules us. When embraced, it transforms fear into wisdom. The Shadow Journey asks us to see ourselves fully, to let go of the old stories, and to live with greater authenticity. Shadow and light are not enemies; they are equal teachers guiding us home.
Discovering Purpose - Purpose is not something distant to be found—it is here, now, in how we live each moment. When we stop searching outside ourselves, we realise nothing is missing. Purpose is revealed through awareness, compassion, and presence. It unfolds naturally, like a flower opening one petal at a time.
Merging with the Absolute - Beyond shadow and light lies the Absolute—the boundless, infinite source within us. We enter this space not through striving, but through surrender. To surrender is to trust, to let go of control, and to fall into the mystery. Here, the ultimate death while living is found: freedom of the heart, merging with all of life, love, and the eternal.
Soul & Feather, Inner Journeys — walking inward with courage and curiosity to live authentically, love deeply, and walk in freedom..
